Your journey concludes with a guided tasting of our award-winning bourbon, rye, gin, and vodka, along with a curated charcuterie board highlighting our collaborations with The Farm’s onsite goat creamery and ranch-raised 100% American Wagyu beef.

Brush Creek “Honig” Cabernet Cask-Finished Bourbon (American Oak Series): 36 bottles in a half-barrel, 144+ bottles in a full barrel.
Brush Creek “Barrel Select” Bourbon: 75 bottles in a half-barrel, 150 bottles in a full barrel.
Brush Creek “Barrel Select” Straight Rye: 66 bottles in a half-barrel, 132 bottles in a full barrel.

How long does it take to receive the finished product once the single barrel selection is completed?

It takes approximately 12-14 weeks for completion; however, shorter turn-around times may exist due to the Distillery’s bottling/packaging operations.

Brush Creek Distillery spirits are distributed through Bourbon Outfitter.
